We still have old "aging" dandelion wine - I will definitely push to get that cleared out so we can start with 2009! We don't have any dandelions yet, just a few crocusses.

You know we STILL do not have dandelions here although I just raked the leaves out of the side garden and am watching avidly for them. I did see some dandelions on the town grass near the post office so they are coming!

Hi,come to Maryland if you want dandelions,we have plenty.Some rain ,70 degree temps.,sun and voila!beaucoup.!I've made merlot from a kit but I'm curious as to how many pounds of the plant[and part] one would need?Do you have a recipe?Regards,Mike

Very odd, we had hardly any dandelions this year! Which is fine because we STILL have the wine left to bottle from last year! I should give up on enlisting Bob's help and just do it myself (or pour it out) ...
