Maybe I have had mint sauce at some point and have blocked it from my memory smile

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

The lamb is cooking as we speak! We'll have it about 6pm.

Communion is a dried wafer, that to me is easier to symbolize than a bloody dripping body part ... I think this experience might have turned me off of eating lamb in the future. I'm not a vegetarian but something about that blood-soaked little lamb leg upsets me ...

I'm having lamb too. Well, I have had it. I ate early today.
I had a Naked Grape Shiraz. I don't know if it was the "right" wine to have but I'm enjoying it smile

There certainly is a lot of blood...

Cook it for a bit longer and it won't be so bloody. Just a little pink is how I like it.

I think I didn't explain well. Bob cooked it in the crock-pot so it was really tender, and it was very tasty. So the end product wasn't bloody. It was seeing the raw lamb leg with tons of blood dripping off of it in the supermarket that bothered me. It was as if they had just hacked it off the cute, big-eyed little creature.

What "very famous Bordeaux winery ... references lamb?"

If I had to make a guess I'd guess he was referring to the Baron Philippe de Rothschild "Agneau Rose". Yes, Peter?
