Hi all,

My wife and I will be having a break from the kids tomorrow evening, and I'm making a Lemon Shrimp Pasta dish. The recipe includes carrots, peas, chicken stock, cream cheese, parmesan, and lemon rind.

My wife does not care for very dry wines. Any suggestions?

But perhaps you can tell us what you chose and how well it matched the dish?

We have shrimp fairly often and I would probably have had a chenin blanc with that, with a nice appley flavor to it. Everbody's taste buds are different of course, so different people enjoy different combinations.

I'm with Peter - what did you try and did you like it?

This is an easy one.

This meal should have been paired with a wine that the wife likes.
