I get a lot of email from people who don't really drink wine but who want to, in a way, "force themselves" to start drinking wine for the antioxidant benefits. To me that's a very interesting way to look at ingesting a food item.
I guess it's really no different than forcing yourself to eat fish, if you aren't a fish eater, for its fish oil benefits.
One would hope that in only a few weeks the person would actually
enjoy drinking the wine
