I definitely second and third the port although for me tawny suits my tongue better than the vintage. I sip vintage port all on its own.

White chocolate isn't a favorite of mine, but I do get served it occasionally in restaurants! I'm not sure what I'd say there - maybe grand marnier smile

Chocoalte rich in flavanoids and antioxidants, chocolate provides great health benefits for the body, especially the heart. What happens when you add chocolate and wine?

Well....the antioxidant debate still rages as to the benefits actually, and since chocolate tends to have a fair amount of sugar in it, I wouldn't get too fired up about it as a "health food." smile

But I don't much care, really, as I don't eat it for health reasons (ditto wine). It still works with most any red wine for me.
