Wineries -
DiGrazia

We stopped in southern Connecticut on a Mass-NY run just to see this winery, because of their port and wine selection. We were not disappointed! This winery has one of the best selections of wines that we have seen in New England.

The winery leans towards dessert and spiced wines. One easy-drinking selection was a blush wine, "Anastiasia's Blush". The pumpkin wine is also exceptional - what a delicious flavour! There were also quite a few dessert wines that were good, as well as a white port. They were unfortunately out of the red port, but the white was quite tasty.

I highly recommend visiting this winery if you can! It's not that far off the highway, so it should be an easy stop. Well worth the visit. Note that the actual grapes are grown on the New York border, by Sharon.
