Sherry Pinot Noir

I was wondering what you meant. Cheddar will go well almost anything, including Sherry and Pinot Noir? Or something else.

I don't know about "everything". Port goes well with lots of things, but it wouldn't go well with things that don't go with sweet things. I'll think about specific examples. But it's also a matter of personal preference; some people like sweet with sweet, while others would prefer to balance the flavor with something else.

That's like saying there is something that doesn't go well with chocolate wink.

True, but there probably is something that doesn't go well with chocolate. I will think about mismatches.
